Senior Conservation Manager
Drylands, Eastern Cape and Threatened Endemics
The Senior Conservation Manager is responsible for directing, overseeing and providing leadership to a variety of units and landscapes, which lead the EWT’s work to save species, conserve habitats, and benefit people. This position will drive the implementation of the EWT’s conservation strategy, initially overseeing the Dryland and Eastern Cape Strategic Conservation Landscapes and the Threatened and Endemic Species Unit, to ensure strategic conservation impact at scale.
Human Resources Manager
The chosen candidate for this position will lead and direct the routine and strategic functions of the Human Resources Department, including fulfilling the EWT’s aim to achieve best practices in all aspects of HR and to be the employer of choice in the conservation sector. The candidate must have strong communicational skills and be proficient in the minimum requirements for this position
Senior Conservation Manager
African Landscape Partnerships
The Senior Conservation Manager: Landscape Partnerships is responsible for developing, catalysing, overseeing and providing leadership to support the EWT’s ability to achieve our targets to save species, conserve habitats, and benefit people in our African Strategic Conservation Landscapes. This position will enable and drive the implementation of the EWT’s Future Fit Strategy by establishing strategic partnerships and initiating conservation projects within the EWT’s African landscapes. As a member of the EWT’s Senior Manager Team s/he/they will provide leadership, strategic direction, technical support, and play an advisory role to all EWT programmes in all matters within her/his/their area of expertise and form part of the EWT’s Conservation Executive (ConEx) Management Team.
