Spend a day with vulture conservation experts Dr. Lindy Thompson and John Davies learning how EWT protects Africa’s “sky sentinels.” Witness the process of fitting advanced tracking units that help researchers monitor and safeguard endangered vultures.
Includes a 2-night luxury stay at Makalali Main Lodge in Hoedspruit.
Marataba Wild Dog and Cheetah Conservation Experience
Join Olivia Sievert and Eugene Greyling for a behind-the-scenes visit to the EWT Wild Dog Holding Facility at Marataba, a vital stopover that has hosted over 40 Wild Dogs during relocations across southern Africa.
Includes 1-night luxury accommodation for two at Marataba Residency, all meals, and a guided wildlife experience.
The Old Salt Trail
Follow a guided hike through part of the newly declared Western Soutpansburg Nature Reserve, where culture, community, and conservation converge.

The EWT’s Giving Tuesday Auction is a transparent, purpose-driven way to raise unrestricted funding that supports every part of our mission, from field-based conservation and biodiversity research to environmental education, policy advocacy, and organisational sustainability.
Through partnerships with Go2Africa, The Expedition Project, and other like-minded collaborators, we create opportunities for supporters to engage with our work in ways that reflect the EWT’s values, building respectful relationships, upholding ethical practices, valuing all life, and delivering measurable impact.

Winners will receive an email notification and payment details once the auction closes.
While a bid is not eligible, you can receive tax benefits by donating directly to the EWT through the donation form above.
- For donors in South Africa: All eligible donations qualify for a Section 18A tax certificate, issued by the Endangered Wildlife Trust.
- For donors in the United States: Contributions made through EWT USA, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation, are tax-deductible under US law.
